Background

Sno Aluhle Projects and Services is a 100% black youth female owned company which is registered as a PTY. Sno Aluhle was established in 2016, and takes pride in the employment opportunities given to its local community, employing over 140 employees in the different sectors under the umbrella of Sno Aluhle.

Considering the far-reaching investment the Government is making to uplift and advance historically disadvantaged communities, Sno Aluhle aims to plough back skills to the community equipping and empowering them to help themselves. Sno aluhle has branches in Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal.

Nonhlanhla Shakwane

Ms Nonhlanhla Shakwane is a Executive Chairperson and Founder of Sno Aluhle Projects and Services. She has 17 years experience in running businesses, with studies in Safety Project Management and Business Management with the University of South Africa.

Nonhlanhla commands an extensive knowledge in Business Mining, Construction, Cranes Servicing Maintenance, Coal Processing and Cannabis Farming

She has a great passionate for restoring struggling businesses and bringing them to life with maximum competing capabilities in their industry.

Nonhlanhla always challeges herself because of the love she carries for venturing into untapped markets.

She has had the opportunity to grow her clientele, having worked with clients like Seriti Coal, Eskom, Transnet and various South African government departments.
